- No refunds will be entertained within 12 months from the date of joining.
- After receiving the total plot cost and registration charges from the customer, the plot will be registered.
- No one is authorized to make any promises to customers beyond the terms and conditions in this application.

- Cancellation attracts 10% cancellation charges on total sale consideration + applicable taxes.
- Corpus fund payable 15 days ahead of registration.
- Maintenance-related taxes payable per statutory norms, 3 months before registration.
- Additional car parking is subject to availability.
